We ship every Monday and Tuesday in containers throughout the year to the continental United States. We send your order by Priority Mail unless you request otherwise. Orders ship the week following your order unless a future date is requested. We will hold orders up to 8 weeks with pre-payment. We guarantee our roses to be strong, healthy and true to variety. Damages to roses that were caused by shipping must be reported immediately. Sometimes heat stress can make leaves drop and sometimes a stem will break from shipping. These are normal occurances. Put the roses in the shade for a few days and water them daily. We recommend that you transplant the quart size rose to a larger pot until it matures in size before putting it into the ground.
If your rose dies through no fault of your own, please notify us within 90 days and we will replace it free of charge, issue a credit on your next purchase, or give you a full refund. Please make sure the roses you order are hardy in your zone. Refer to the zone chart if needed. We will not replace a rose that dies because of freezes or neglect. We will also charge a $5 fee to offset shipping charges should we have to send a replacement.
We will charge a $10 handling fee per rose for shipping a 3 gallon rose. These take extra work and materials to pack and ship.
