Shipping and Other charges

We ship every Monday and Tuesday  in containers throughout the year to the continental United States. We send your order by Priority Mail unless you request otherwise. Orders ship the week following your order unless a future date is requested. We will hold orders up to 8  weeks with pre-payment.   Real-time shipping charges are charged by the weight at checkout.   30%  Plant Inspection Fee for CA, LA, AZ, TX, HI

 

Guarantee

We guarantee our roses to be strong, healthy and true to variety. Damages to roses that were caused by shipping must be reported immediately. Sometimes heat stress can make leaves drop and sometimes a stem will break from shipping. These are normal occurances. Put the roses in the shade for a few days and water them daily. You may want to transplant the quart to a larger pot before putting it in the ground.

 

If your rose fails to grow through no fault of your own, please notify us within 90 days and we will replace it free of charge, issue a credit on your next purchase, or give you a full refund. Please make sure the  roses you order are hardy in your zone. Refer to the zone chart if needed.
